FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 15 January 2016
Allyson Stewart-Allen will be leading the Working Across Cultures event being organised by the professional development committee of City Women Network (CWN) at the London offices of investment bank Nomura in London on 3 February 2016.
“Businesses are becoming more involved in cross border/cross cultural interaction than ever before,” explains Allyson, “however, alongside the exciting opportunities come the risks that we misinterpret or fail to grasp the full meaning of what clients and colleagues are intending. This CWN event is designed to help identify and discuss examples of working cross-culturally and how to adapt for success in the global marketplace.”
Allyson will start the event with some scene-setting comments and insight from her considerable experience in this area and then facilitate the discussion between a panel to include Kristin Wolfe (SAB Miller), Maurice Benisty (GE Capital) and Ava Kawamoto (Nomura) and the audience.
To continue the discussion post the event, Allyson has provided a personalised coaching session as a prize in the customary CWN raffle organised at its meetings.
