Lee Turlington, Associate

Lee has over 25 years’ experience in leadership roles for well-known global brands including The North Face, Fila, Nike and Patagonia. As Chief Product Officer at Canada Goose, the leading performance luxury brand, Lee led product strategies to scale the brand and business in an unprecedented high growth phase through the company’s IPO. He serves as an advisor to our business with insights on developments in the luxury, active athletic and outdoor sectors.

During his extensive career, he has been charged with everything from building new product ranges, developing new distribution channels and shaping new business units. He has run businesses, led design and innovation, established supply chains, built strategies for emerging markets and positioned brands for M & A.

Lee is a business strategist and innovation catalyst helping clients including Canada Goose, KJUS Inc., Haglofs, Quicksilver, Roxy and DC Shoe.

In the early months of the Covid 19 pandemic, in response to the PPE scarcity crisis, Lee cofounded ‘Catalyst’ with a consortium of global apparel leaders to build innovative, sustainable products to enable confident and safe mobility in all phases of school, work and life. Catalyst has donated 1000’s of face coverings to multiple organizations reaching underserved populations across the USA.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lenoir-Rhyne University and has completed post-graduate study and continuing education at the College for Recording Arts, University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and Stanford University Hasso-Platner Institute of Design.

Based in Southern California, Lee has worked in Europe and Asia extensively throughout his career.
