Interim management role for Impact Executives advising on branded customer experience and restructuring around customers of the London Estate’s Investment team. Led “Customer Insight” workstream, involving the project management of 3rd party market research agency. Distilled findings in terms of implications on this international property management organisation. 2005-2006.
Conducted detailed quantitative consumer research for Europe’s largest retail development, Bluewater shopping centre in Kent (1999). Conducted desk research in order to advise on the entertainment (British Music Centre)/retail/commercial/ residential mix for their redevelopment of London’s Shell Centre.
